The following is a brief list of the services we can provide.  The prices are quoted ranges.  An exact price can be given as an estimate which is always free for our customers.  We start with a General Cleanout and then, if requested, we can continue on-going services to keep up with efficient pest control.

General Cleanout:

Covers soil ants, spiders, water bugs, roaches, silverfish & centipedes.  Does not include bees/wasps, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, fleas, millipedes and termites.  Approximate Price Range: $160.00 - $280.00

Quarterly Services:

Performed after a general cleanout to re-establish boundaries and prevent re-infestations.  Approximate Price Range:  $62.00 - $82.00

We recommend regular on-going Quarterly Services every 90 days if a customer is interested in keeping their home under warranty for general pest control. The product that we use to eliminate pest problems has about a 90 day life to it, so additional applications are necessary to keep pests away. Although we do not ask or require our residential customers to sign contracts for on-going Quarterly services, we do want customers to take consecutive services approximately every 90 days. In the event that services are not taken for more than a five month period of time, we would need to begin services again with an initial General Cleanout service since it would not be fair to us if an infestation is allowed to get out of control from lack of consistent services.

Rodent Elimination:

To eliminate mice and/or rats.  Approximate Price Range:   $70.00 - $120.00*

Rodent Rebait/Retreat:

Offered 60 days after original Rodent Elimination.  Approximate Price Range:   $40.00 - $75.00*

*Price Quotes do not include protective bait stations.  If required, prices will be higher.

Preventative Bee/Wasp Service:

Complete external spray around house perimeter to prevent nesting.  Includes a 60 day warranty.  Approximate Price Range:   $160.00 - $260.00

Flea Elimination Treatment:

Treating your pets and treating your home is the best way to eliminate an existing flea infestation.  Our service of applying chemicals to help eliminate a flea infestation carries a 90 day warranty contingent upon efforts made by our customers.  Customers are encouraged to treat all pets professionally with products purchased from their veterinarians, to vacuum the home environment for a period of 10 days after our services, to wash or destroy all pet bedding,  and to maintain a cut lawn area free from debris.  Approximate Price Range:   $135.00 - $285.00

Bed Bug Treatment:

Bed Bugs have become a major pest problem in our area. We have seen an increased level of single residential homeowners bringing these pests into their homes through leisure travel, business travel, student returns from dormitories, prior usage of mass transit, and acquisition of new or used furniture in addition to countless other ways and means of allowing these pests to hitch a ride into your home. Any plan to eliminate an infestation of Bed Bugs will require a process of full cooperation between the homeowner and a professional pest control operator. You can plan to work with us for more than one treatment. Approximate Price Range: $400.00 - $1500.00
