David Molina

More commonly known as the "Bug Mugger", David is All 'Round Pest Control's fearless leader.  David's vision more than twenty years ago to be out on his own and run a better pest control company has become a reality.  He shares full responsibility of owning and operating All 'Round Pest Control, LLC in close co-operation with his wife, Debbie.  Educated by the PA Department of Agriculture, David is a certified technician using state-of-the-art technology and products. Continuing education classes with the PA Department of Agriculture affords the opportunity to stay current, using the latest techniques and pesticides safely and effectively in all environments.  His training is used in both residential and commercial accounts to help protect customers' homes, buildings, and surrounding environments from unwanted pests.

Debbie Molina

Debbie is definitely David's "better half".  She shares full responsibility and exposure to all facets of owning and operating a small pest control business.  Her duties include the supervision and management of the employees, overseeing all phases of the office procedures & policies, managing marketing programs, and selling the company to new accounts.  Debbie has successfully obtained her pesticide certification through the PA Department of Agriculture and plans to utilize this education to more efficiently market the company and answer questions and concerns about pest control.  She remains directly involved with the customers providing scheduling, order processing, order expediting and answering questions as needed.

Jason Sensinger

Jason is a part-time appointment scheduler occasionally.  His duties revolve around calling customers to schedule regular pest control appointments.  In addition to making calls, Jason is an asset in many other areas of the company as well.   He fixes the computers, lists excess inventory on ebay, and although he’s scared to death of spiders we may find him on a job or two in the future!  Jason also has a very friendly personality and is considered a top-notch employee with high regard to excellent customer service.

Bob Jackson

Bob joined our team in 2006 to pursue a new career as a Pest Control Technician.  He trained hard under David's direction, studied at "bug school" well, and successfully passed his exams with the PA Department of Agriculture becoming a certified and licensed technician for general pest control with All'Round Pest Control, LLC.  Bob is helping our company grow our customer base while maintaining ongoing regular services with our current customers.  He continues to study and will test for additional pest control licenses to include wildlife pest management.  His persistence in his pest control studies and his current skills make him the ideal employee to have working with our team.  Don't be surprised if you find Bob answering the office phones, he is a very versatile employee.  His great personality and excellent problem solving skills lend themselves to all areas of our business. 

Bobbi Sensinger

Bobbi (David and Debbie’s niece and Jason’s lovely wife) works in the All ‘Round Pest Control, LLC office occasionally as an Administrative Assistant.  In addition to answering the phones, doing the filing, and calling customers to schedule appointments, she is also Tasha's assistant and constant companion.  It’s quite a job and she does it well!  When you have the opportunity to get her on the phone, you will instantly recognize her cheery and accommodating personality.  She is a team player who is ready to provide the excellent customer service our customers have come to expect from us.
